Triumph Exposed : Why We Celebrate Black History.

He wanted all of America to move into the Yankee version of capitalism. Over half 10 years later, and after a chain of civil rights "victories", the roots of Affirmative Action were laid into law. This was at a time when black civil rights leaders where being murdered, churches were being bombed, and dogs were not the black the best friend of man.

There had been a time when all that were true. Technology has made a massive impact in our social fabric. Millions of families have found a home, and built their families in North America from across the world. Blacks are not the scorn of White America.

When Italians and Irish races originally came to Ellis Island, they weren't treated any better than the people that were already settled. They formed close ties with their communities, and acquired their way into conventional America. Through history, no races have been persecuted to the same levels as the Jews. A tribute to our past, present and future. We celebrate the power of Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth and Ida Wells-Barnett, girls of unrelenting endurance, rebelling against the savagery of hate and inhumanity.

We celebrate the uprisings of Nat Turner and Denmark Vesey in their ill-fated attempt at liberty.

So powerful were these men in their search for freedom, they preferred death to enslavement. We celebrate the Civil, Political and equality so long denied and withheld. We celebrate the infantrymen on the battleground. Black folk will look into themselves to find differences ( Haitian against Jamaican, Yank against African, etc ).

They won't try to promote other black applicants, in fear of looking too considerate, or amateurish. Why if the govt continue to pay for programs and departments intended to defend this primitive view of company practice, when for the main part, they are already in effect.
